Please make sure all postal information is correct and up to date, as we take no responsibility for incorrect information. Unfortunately, once your item has been shipped to an incorrect shipping address, there is nothing we can do. Great care is taken to ensure that your item arrives in perfect condition.

All items are shipped from Rotterdam, Netherlands

Pre Order

Pre Order simply means that the item is not yet available for shipment. Items purchased on pre-order may take between 1-4 weeks to be delivered.

Return & Exchange Policy

Not loving your new purchase for your pupper?

If you find that your purchased item doesn’t fit, doesn’t suit, or you simply aren’t satisfied, we will provide you with a store credit so that you can find an alternative size or product.

Have you received a defective item?


We will offer a refund only if we are unable to replace the defective goods and if we are contacted within 48 hours of receiving the item/s. No refunds are offered after 48 hours. If you reach out to us within 14 days after receiving your package we will provide you a store credit. 


Please contact us at, to inform us in case you would like to return an item; don't forget to mention your order number and the reason of return. We will provide you with our return address. 


If an item is to be returned and or exchanged, the return shipping cost. will be at the customer’s expense and items must be unused and in it’s original packaging and condition. ​All packaging and tags must still be attached to the items.

Please note: you are responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the reason for return is due to a faulty/damaged product) and original shipping costs cannot be refunded.  We recommend you to use a trackable service when returning a package, as we are unable to guarantee the delivery and do not take any responsibility for lost items in transit.
