SHIPPING & RETURNS
The delivery time to your destination will vary according to your postal code.
Please make sure all postal information is correct and up to date, as we take no responsibility for incorrect information. Unfortunately, once your item has been shipped to an incorrect shipping address, there is nothing we can do. Great care is taken to ensure that your item arrives in perfect condition.
Where are my items shipped from?
All items are shipped from Rotterdam, Netherlands
The shipping costs are:
€4,95 for orders within the Netherlands
€8,50 for orders within Europe
Delivery is via PostNL's postman or parcel deliverer.
* NL - Free shipping on orders over €75
Pre Order simply means that the item is not yet available for shipment. Items purchased on pre-order may take between 1-4 weeks to be delivered.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Have you received a defective item?
We will send you a new item. We offer a full refund if we are unable to replace the defective goods and if you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt. After that you have another 14 days to return your items. To make use of the right of return, please contact us at email@example.com or use the form below.
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
Please note: you are responsible for the costs of the return, (unless the reason for return is due to a defective/damaged product). We recommend that you return the package with a trackable service, we take no responsibility for lost returns during transit. All packaging and labels must still be attached to the items to be returned.
* Please note: all custom made products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items ordered at the surprise sale cannot be returned. This is because of custom-made items and discount prices. (unless the reason for return is due to a defective/damaged product).
